Have you every met anyone who was passionate about the work they do…..and they stunk at it? I know it probably happens, but not very often.
Can you be great at something you aren’t passionate about?
Being passionate creates the “extra mile” attitude that usually puts people on the path to excellence.
The idea that passionate people excel has me wondering. As a leader, should I invest in people who aren’t passionate about what they do? Or should I coach them into something they are passionate about? Even if it’s not in our organization.
How about you, are you investing in people that aren’t passionate about their work?
Is it reasonable to expect everyone to work with passion?
What happens if you allow someone without passion to lead a ministry for an extended period of time?
When do you decide to set someone free to find something they can be passionate about?
I’m interested in your comments.
