Face it. One of the greatest challenges fast growing ministries face will always be ministry space. As a leader you have to find the balance between having the space for new people, and paying for it. If you’re one of the minority of churches who are gaining momentum understand that you’ll always be somewhere on the scale of going into, being in, or coming out of a church building project.
The best way to kill your momentum is to run out of ministry space. If you’re church is growing by more than 12% a year there should be a plan for future facilities.
